Privacy

What we collect, and what we don't.

Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, because each one handles different things. This page covers what they have in common: who we are, your rights, and this website, which collects nothing at all. Nothing is sold, ever.

Who we are

Our apps are made by Giggle My Onion LLC, which decides what each one collects and why. If you want to ask about any of it, write to hello@gigglemyonion.com.

Each app's policy

What an app collects, what stays on your phone, and who else is involved are set out app by app.

Privacy is one half of it. What you may do with an app, and what you pay for it, is in that app's terms of use: the Love My Plants terms.

This website

This site collects nothing. There are no analytics on it, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no cookies.

It also makes no requests to anybody else. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google's font service, so your visit isn't announced to a third party before you have clicked anything. Images and everything else come from here too.

The one thing kept in your browser is which colour scheme you picked with the toggle in the corner, so the site looks the same next time. It never leaves your browser, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask us for a copy of anything we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to ask us to stop or limit what we do with it, and to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on our own legitimate interests, you can object.

Write to hello@gigglemyonion.com and we will do it. Each app's policy says what there is to hand over for that app, which is usually very little.

If you think we have got something wrong and we haven't put it right, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Our apps are not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes to these pages

If what an app collects changes, its policy changes with it and the date at the top of that page is updated. If the change is a significant one, we will say so in the app rather than quietly editing the page.
